Job Description:

At Regions, the Commercial Loan Servicing Manager - CBG Operations leads a specialized team that supports the data integrity of the loan system of record for loans booked to Level III/AFS Vision through timely and accurate processing of maintenance requests and corrective transactions. This role ensures that loan attribute changes, adjustments, and exceptions are performed in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies and controls. The team manager will oversee workflows, manage performance, act as the primary escalation point, and drive process improvements for the team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leads, hires, coaches, and develops a team of Loan Servicing Associates responsible for processing maintenance tickets and executing corrective transactions on Level III/AFS Vision
  • Oversees the intake, review, routing, and completion of loan maintenance tickets/requests 
  • Oversees and processes charge offs, non-accruals, and re-accruals which may include updating loan risk ratings
  • Ensures proper processing of all daily and monthly monetary exceptions reports and Level III/AFS Vision system exception reports
  • Ensures proper controls are in place, assists in updating control language, and monitors the adherence of controls and remediation of findings
  • Acts as an escalation point of contact and subject matter expert on Level III/AFS Vision loan servicing functionality, including corrective entries, accruals, billing, payment posting, etc.
  • Manages and prioritizes the day-to-day operational workload of the team, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are consistently met
  • Monitors and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) including volume, accuracy, turnaround time, and error rates
  • Leads and participates in process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, data integrity, and system utilization
  • Serves as the point of contact for internal and external exams for the department

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five (5) year of operations or related work experience
  • Or High School Diploma or GED and nine (9) years of operations or related work experience
  • One (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
