Lead Advisor - J. Pink Associates, Inc.

Summary

The Lead Advisor is responsible for developing new business, managing relationships, providing personalized investment advice, and servicing clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop new relationships and sales opportunities
• Promote and cultivate firm reputation among referral sources and the community
• Consult with clients on investment strategies based on individual financial and investment objectives; deliver advice and conduct client reviews
• Identify sales and asset retention opportunities; including viable alternatives when traditional solutions may not apply
• Participate in all critical management and service decisions, including vender evaluation, process design, and other tasks as requested

• Relationship-building skills and commitment to establishing long-term clients
• Strong desire for performance driven compensation and growing earnings potential

Education and/or Experience

• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry allowing for a strong understanding of broker/dealer operations and financial services products, including but not limited to: equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts
• Previous experience in the independent financial services culture preferred

Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registration

• Series 7 and 65/66 license required
• CFP, CPA, CFA, or ChFC preferred (or ability to obtain)
