In addition, the position will ensure materials are managed to and from the production line to produce and pack product and also set up, run, and clean equipment. </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><u><span>Responsibilities:</span></u><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Pack all smoked meat items. </span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Supply line with boxes, product and pallets.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Remove product from forms and racks.  </span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Set up and run all equipment, film, and labels. </span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Clean and cover machines at the end of shift. </span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Learn and follow all safety procedures. </span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Move up to 700-pound tanks and racks from staging area to line area.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Use the hand mule or power jack to transport tanks/pallets of product. </span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Must meet OSHA standards for use of powered industrial trucks (PIT).</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements. </span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions (i.e.:  addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Ability and willingness to operate a powered hand mule/pallet truck/walkie pallet truck.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Ability and willingness to complete all paperwork and record/report product information.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Ability and willingness to scan or input into the computer system all product film, boxes, casings, clips, and ingredients for all daily product runs, including changeovers.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Ability and willingness to follow formulations on the computer and accurately record and report food safety or product information.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Perform all positions of job rotation as needed.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Perform any other work as assigned by management. </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><u><span>Physical Requirements:</span></u><u><span> <span> </span></span></u><u><span>The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.</span></u><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Must be able and willing to push/pull/lift with arms below waist/at shoulder/above shoulder level minimum of 20 pounds or frequently.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Must be willing and able to move 700 pound tanks</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>The Team Member will reach high and low levels.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>The Team Member will use hands and arms in handling, positioning, moving materials, and manipulating items.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>The Team Member will <span>stand/walk/climb/bend</span> for up to 10 hours.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>The Team Member will flex/grip wrist/hands frequently.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>The Team Member will work in wet conditions and cold temperatures at 35 degrees.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div><div><h1><span>  - Fermented Packaging Packer </span></h1></div><div><p><u><span>Position Summary:</span></u><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>This position is responsible for the set-up operation, adjustment, teardown, and clean-up of all equipment in the area to include stuffers and any other equipment used in the area.   This person must work in a team completing a variety of tasks to include dumping buckets, hanging, and weighing in order to keep producti
