Compensation includes a base salary of $57,500.00 - $86,300.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $52,500.00.Job Description
This is a regional position, preference will go to applicants based in St Louis.
The Regional Sales Account Executive (RSE) will be responsible for taking full entrepreneurial ownership of their assigned territory, driving new business growth and expanding market share. The RSE works across industries and with service agreements of all sizes, focusing on acquiring new clients and deepening executive-level relationships to maximize account value. This role represents a portfolio of advanced fleet management services – including turnkey solutions, mobile on-site maintenance, and proprietary technology platforms – designed to optimize fleet operations and deliver measurable value. The RSE fosters productive working relationships, identifies business opportunities, and maintains quality service by enforcing organizational standards.
What You’ll Do
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and fleet management solutions and related services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets.
- Leverage Challenger-based and consultative selling techniques to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
- Provide clients with actionable insights on industry trends, operational strategies, and emerging challenges in fleet management.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), ensuring accurate forecasting an activity tracking.
- Partner with fleet customers to understand their operational needs, pain points, and business objectives.
- Communicate compelling value propositions through tailored proposals and presentations.
- Foster strong relationships from the C-level to support retention and account growth.
- Prepare and deliver customer reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive long-term account growth.
- Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Uphold quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Accounts would remain in account for a specific amount of time and then be reassigned to an account management team based on size and client support needs.
- Accountable for $5-10M in new business development for large multi-market/state geographical territory.
