The Credentialing Assistant 4 (team lead) reviews the applicant's education, training, clinical privileges, experience, licensure, accreditation, certifications, professional liability insurance, malpractice history and professional competence. Reviews the information and documentation collected, as well as verification that the information is accurate and complete. Decisions are regarding the daily priorities for an administrative work group and/or external vendors including coordinating work activities and monitoring progress towards schedules/goals, and often oversees work of others and/or is the primary administrative owner of a main process, program, product or technology.

Typical responsibilities, but not limited to:

Assist with team questions.

Assist with inventory management.

Assist with market specific training.

Oversight of assigned projects.

Effectively communicate with business partners

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of credentialing experience
• 1+ years of experience processing work in Apex
• Prior professional experience using Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel?
• Prior experience in with utilizing technology, demonstrated technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn new systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year of leadership experience

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

 

$40,200 - $55,200 per year
