JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine HR audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across records and processes.
- Maintain and update HR documents, spreadsheets, and internal records to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Support HR reporting initiatives and assist with data cleanup across HR systems and files.
- Create and maintain organized documentation, trackers, and process guides to support HR operations.
- Provide administrative support for HR tasks and day-to-day operational needs.
- Coordinate new user setup and communicate new hire and separation details to appropriate departments.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation activities, including new hire setup and preparation of materials.
- Maintain criminal background check and drug screen records for corporate associates.
- Update and maintain employee information in the HR information system (HRIS), including scanning and organizing employment documents in electronic personnel files.
- Route inquiries appropriately, respond to basic inquiries, and direct general questions to the appropriate departments.
