<ul><li>You already have at least 3 years experience in a similar role within a travel agency or corporate travel environment</li><li>Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)</li><li>You ideally have a bachelor in Tourism</li><li>Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to work independently and accurately</li><li>Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Flexible, efficient, and a strong team player</li></ul>
