THE JOB: Join our team as a Lead Laborer and play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction and maintenance projects. As a leader in our organization, you will ensure the efficient execution of tasks, adherence to safety standards, and overall project success.
THE STARTING PAY: $20.50
THE DAY TO DAY:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of laborers and construction crews.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Operate and maintain equipment and tools necessary for assigned tasks.
Perform hands-on labor tasks as required to meet project goals.
Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and management.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Prior relevant experience in construction or maintenance is essential.
Journeyman Laborer experience preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and perform demanding tasks.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
