<p>As a Sales & Service Team Lead, your focus will be to manage the Sales Performance, Credit Delivery & Management agenda, Digital Enablement & Change agenda to support the delivery of the business plan, whilst ensuring the highest quality customer and operational experience that clearly differentiates AIB from its competitors. We are available to our customers through the channel of their choice and constantly strive to support our customer through social media, live events, and workplace banking. You will be expected to play an active part in Northeast Local Market.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities Include:</p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>In conjunction with the Branch Management team, lead and manage the Sales & Advisory team to achieve income and sales targets, with particular emphasis on the key SME and Personal segments as part of the overall effort to achieve the Branch financial goals.</li>
<li>Lead, coach, develop and motivate the team to achieve their goals, underpinned by a drive for high performance, positive engagement, acknowledgement, candid feedback, and teamwork.</li>
<li>In conjunction with the Branch Management team, manage, develop, and implement the Customer Service and Business Customer Agenda with emphasis on delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience.</li>
<li>Build relationships with existing and potential SME customers to generate profitable business and secure future income streams.</li>
<li>Sustain a strong culture of compliance, controls and operational, credit & risk policies and procedures, always displaying AIB Leadership Behaviours.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships with key internal partners and stakeholders and external influencers. Be present in the community.</li>
</ul>

<p>What you will bring:</p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Proven track record of managing and delivering stretching targets including new business acquisition. </li>
<li>A strong track record in leading a team to create capacity through Digital & Process efficiency to capitalise on sales opportunity.</li>
<li>Leadership focus that supports the engagement and motivation of staff through honest, fair, and regular feedback, which focusses on continuous improvement and the development of our people.</li>
<li>Full QFA or is working towards this.</li>
</ul>
