We are Delivery Hero</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are on the lookout for a Product Manager - Developer Platform (all genders) to join the Developer platform team  on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Short description of the team &amp; position:</strong><br/> The Developer Platform team is responsible for Delivery Hero's internal developer platform. It  creates solutions that empower our internal software development community to efficiently manage their applications from inception to deployment and beyond.</p><p>This role demands a strong technical background, understanding of SRE and platform engineering concepts, and the ability to deal with a high level of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment:</p><ul><li><p>You will lead the strategic vision and roadmap of at least one product, collaborate with engineering and other stakeholders to understand pain points, identify opportunities for improvements in the platform, and prioritise them… You know the drill.</p></li><li><p>You will utilise data analysis, user feedback, and market research to make data-driven product decisions. Defining the right KPIs, figuring out how to measure them, and using them to guide the efforts of your team is a big part of your job.</p></li><li><p>You will engage in highly technical discussions about SRE, platform engineering, infrastructure, and developer tools. You will make informed decisions related to these topics and provide valuable insights to your team.</p></li><li><p>You will drive cross-functional, cross-team collaboration. You will manage conflicting priorities, and disentangle chains of dependencies across a large organization.</p></li><li><p>You will use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep stakeholders informed about your plans, decisions, and product updates.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>You have a strong technical background and are familiar with the modern software development lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>You have a good understanding of business KPIs, and how to translate strategy into action using OKRs. </p></li><li><p>You are good at managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables</p></li><li><p>You have exceptional interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication in order to get others on board with your ideas.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Software Engineering background.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience working with SRE or platform engineering products</p></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Ensuring you and all our Heroes are looked after, happy, and healthy is always on the menu.
