Current pay: $85,000-100,000 annually plus bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Hybrid Position-1 to 2 days a week in the office

Position Summary
The Business Reporting Analyst is responsible for the operational business reporting and analysis requirements for AudioNova to help drive business strategy, effective and efficient operational management. The Business Reporting Analyst implements measures to monitor and control operations in order to ensure continuous improvement of productivity and profitability.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Assist in the development of operational business reporting strategy in collaboration with senior management, providing input for defining reporting requirements
• Manage the operations business reporting and analysis requirements for AudioNova, minimizing redundancy and data saturation
• Balance evolving reporting priorities
• Act as point of contact to evolve business intelligence infrastructure to create a scalable reporting framework
• Continuous improvement of productivity and profitability by analysis
• Implement measures to monitor and control the operation in consultation with management
• Provide operational improvement initiatives by benchmarking business processes
• Develop analysis models to be used by the business for the improvement and ongoing development of AudioNova
• Research best reporting practices, identify primary sources for reporting and design and implement reports to deliver to management
• Create methodology for cyclical auditing of data
• Maintain functional level process knowledge and understanding of business procedures
• Operates in compliance with all local, state and Federal laws as well as Company policy and compliance standards
• Review Acquisition proforma and integration process
• Assist in the Budgeting and Forecasting process
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or closely related field, required
Certification(s):
• Not applicable
Industry/Product Knowledge Required:
• Hearing healthcare industry knowledge, preferred
• Patient Management System experience, preferred
Skills/Abilities:
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior analytical skills
• Capability to articulate and easily summarize complex data
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
Work Experience:
• 5 + years’ experience Business Analyst experience
• Advanced database modeling, report creation and report generation experience
• Experience with presentation of data to senior management
