Senior Specialist Supply Planning (m/f/d)

<p> </p> <p><b>Your areas of responsibilities:</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Place orders with suppliers according to established protocols and timelines</li> <li>Ensure all required documentation, such as shipping documents and letters of credit, are complete and accurate</li> <li>Monitor compliance with relevant guidelines, including minimum order quantities and contractual terms</li> <li>Maintain regular communication with factories and our China team to ensure timely shipment and adherence to quality standards</li> <li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and logistics to ensure alignment of supply plans with business objectives</li> <li>Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on supply planning activities, address any issues or concerns, and solicit feedback for continuous improvement</li> <li>Utilize SAP or other ERP systems to create and maintain accurate records of orders, delivery dates, and goods receipts</li> <li>Lead and participate in special projects aimed at improving procurement processes and enhancing supplier relationships</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Your profile of qualification:</b></p> <p><b> </b></p> <ul> <li>Apprenticeship or studies in business administration, or a related field</li> <li>A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in supplier relationship management, administration, or procurement</li> <li>Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal</li> <li>Proficiency in SAP or another ERP system is essential</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel</li> <li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally</li> <li>High attention to detail and a demonstrated affinity for calculations and numerical data</li> <li>Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment</li> <li>Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively</li> </ul> <p> </p>
