Job Description
This role will be based in Sunnyvale or San Francisco.
At LinkedIn, we trust each other to do our best work where it works best for us and our teams. This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for your team to be together.
LinkedIn’s vision is to create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. Our global Product Design team advances this vision through quality, inclusive design. We're passionate about designing an equal, fair, and accessible platform that’s modern, engaging, and responsible. Our products help professionals all over the world stay connected, informed, and productive. The LinkedIn ecosystem is about more than just job hunting. We create and support active communities and enterprise products around sales, marketing, learning, and recruiting.
This role would be a part of the Growth and Premium team focused on 0→1 venture exploration projects that define the future of growth. You’ll take insights from research and other inputs to form hypotheses, rapidly prototype concepts, and determine viability and investment potential. You’ll be the sole designer on early-stage initiatives—crafting compelling business cases and working closely with cross-functional partners including product, engineering, research, and content design.
We're looking for a strong individual contributor who thrives in ambiguity, works well with lean teams, and helps shape how we work. You’ll also mentor other designers and share your craft expertise. This role reports into design leadership and collaborates closely with executive stakeholders.
