Context/Role

The scope of IS Finance has expanded significantly in recent months, both in terms of the entities (126 entities / 30 countries) covered and the finance professions and processes that we support.

These deployments are part of a multi-year roadmap aimed at deploying the application in all subsidiaries and for the entire SAXO model CORE with the use of a Deployment Kit. In this context, the Edenred group is looking for an international finance functional project manager specializing in Oracle E-business Suite technologies.

As an ERP Functional Lead, you will be responsible for carrying out country deployments in the European regions mainly and potentially in Asia. You may be required to carry out deployments with teams on Edenred premises or outsource in the deployment zones. Relatively frequent travel abroad is to be expected.

Position scope and key responsibilities

• Framing and analysis of needs during studies,
• Drafting of specifications, configuration, data migration
• Training facilitation
• Support during the acceptance phases.
• Leadership experience in supervising people will also be appreciated. Share knowledge with other team members on components, architecture, best practices, etc.

This position will report to the project deployment manager in EMEA and Asia and will work closely with the technical teams (Global Technology).

Required skills and profile

• University degree in computer science
• 5+ years of experience working in software Oracle EBusiness Suite
• Mainly work on OeBS Finance Modules : AP, AR, GL and FA
• strong analytical skills
• Experience with Azure Cloud and DevOps activities
• Fluent English, French will be a Nice to Have
• Team player, always eager to learn new things and apply best practices
• Work closely with the Technical Team (Global Technology)
