• Salary Range:$105,060 - $160,220 annually (Determined by function, education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant. A 15% salary uplift is provided on top of base salary for positions that are worked in New York City or San Francisco, which is subject to change depending on market conditions.).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all IT operations and services for the Bechtel project team on the project, and management of the IT team
• Work with the Project management team to establish IT requirements to support the execution of the project.
• Management and coordination of the Bechtel IT team, who will support the Bechtel project team across the project construction site offices and camps.
• Establish strategic operational IT objectives.
• Coordinate IT plans with contractors and client and establish clear divisions of responsibility.
• Coordinate with the BIM/PIM manager and Document Control manager on their automation requirements
• Establish relationships with key IT vendors.
• Identify and manage IT deliverables.
• Define, implement and support the IT infrastructure for the project along with cyber security, data storage and collaboration system requirements.
• Manage software, workflow or dashboard developments required by the project.
• Implement IS&T project procedures and adhere to Corporate and Business Line IS&T governance framework.
• Develop and maintain the Project Automation Plan, Disaster, Prevention and Recovery Plan, Software Portfolio, Application and data integration schematics, and project IT handover and Closeout plan.
• Establish training and development plans for all IT staff.
• Define and set Project IT goals, schedules, and divisions of responsibility.
• Maintain Project IT budget and associated forecasts.
• Manage IT procurement and asset management.
• Respond to audits as required.

Qualification and Skills

Basic Qualifications

• Typically requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and a minimum of 8 - 10 years of relevant experience, or 12 - 14 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.

Additional Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, coordination skills with project, customer, peer groups (within and outside IT), and related stakeholders.
• Must have a good understanding of major IT infrastructure systems (Microsoft domains, LAN / WAN Network, VMs, File Servers, SDWAN, Teams Voice) and how to plan their implementation.
• Must have experience writing detailed IT Scope of Work documents.
• Experience of large-scale EPC/PM/CM construction projects in North America region would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of the software and integration architecture for Document Management, Project Controls, Autodesk suite, workflows, and dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to appraise and develop team members.
• Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.
• Proven record in innovation and work process improvement.
