POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Assistant Director of Database Management is responsible for the data needs for the Enrollment Management Division. This includes the importing of data into both the CRM and SIS, taking steps to ensure accuracy and integrity of data in both systems. Responsible also to produce queries and reports to support recruitment for Dual Enrollment and Undergraduate Admissions, Faculty and Administrators.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
• Manages the Undergraduate and Dual Enrollment prospect database, assists in the development of policies and procedures that assure accuracy and integrity of the data and contributes to the evaluations of student personnel.
• Assists CRM users both in the Enrollment Management Division and campus-wide by building queries that they can use in the routine performance of their position.
• Creates and runs prospect related reports for the Enrollment Management Division and other departments across campus that need prospect related reports.
• Is responsible to keep all recruitment funnel reports up-to-date and to run these reports when they are scheduled: Mid-month, Monthly, and Semester.
• Implements the importing of all Undergraduate and Dual Enrollment prospect files into the CRM.
• Manages the consolidation of duplicate records in the CRM.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Assists in other department activities and events as needed.
• Assists the Director of Enrollment Services as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Preference given to Cedarville alumnus.
• Excellent skills in typing and computer; working knowledge of spreadsheets.
• Excellent skills in problem solving, interpersonal communications and organization.
• Must be mature spiritually and emotionally, energetic, professional, personable, attentive to detail and accuracy, work well in a team setting, able to handle pressure and be teachable.

REQUIRED MENTAL/PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
• Must be able to communicate through verbal and written words.
• Must be able to make repetitive motions with wrists, hands and fingers.
• Must be able to use a personal computer for data entry and correspondence.
• Must demonstrate the ability to sit for extended periods of time in an office setting.
