What You’ll Do

As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll be part of our Engineered Fastening Team located in Danbury, CT. You’ll get to: 

• Assemble after-market kits according to instructions
• Printing labels
• Package product to prepare for shipment
• Move materials in the warehouse, using safe lifting practices, including the use of various lift assist devices. Any necessary training will be provided. 
• Keep work area clean and orderly
• Other duties as required by supervisor or lead person

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Must be able to understand English, written and spoken.

- Must be able to use hands, to do repetitive motions throughout the day, up to 10 hours per day.

- Ability to walk up and down stairs is required

- Previous warehouse experience is preferred

Core hours on 1st shift are 6am - 2:30pm when on 8 hours, when scheduled for 9 hours: 5:30am - 3pm, on 10 hours: 5:30am - 4pm.

When scheduled for 10 hours, 10 hours is required Monday through Friday. Saturday/Sunday overtime is available.

This is a union position. Annual increases guaranteed. 4-month in role increase and 22 month in role increase also guaranteed per contract.
