The Role at a Glance

 

We’re excited to bring on an Executive Administrative Assistant/HR Coordinator to our team!

 

In this position you will support leaders within People, Culture and Communications and assigned HR Business Partner(s) supporting corporate functions and will be a key enabler to ensuring delivery of LFG’s workplace services by proactively coordinating/prioritizing HR programs, reporting, data integrity, and responsiveness to the HR team, manager and employee requests and inquiries. This position will interact will all levels of the organizations.

 

 

What you'll be doing

 

  • Supporting the Head of Recruiting, People and Organizational Development and Corporate HR Business Partner with a variety of administrative tasks such as: managing calendars; scheduling meetings, conferences and appointments; preparing for in-person and virtual meetings; planning and delivering team events in service of connection, collaboration, celebration and creativity; entering expense reports; arranging and coordinating travel; processing invoices; ordering supplies and office equipment and other similar tasks.
  • Supporting HR Business Partners in preparing correspondence and documents, which may be confidential in nature and coordinating the gathering of data and information for regular report requests related to activities within the team.
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding of team members including communicating employee policies and procedures to new and existing employees as needed.
  • Partnering with HR COE’s to prepare, process and support key employee actions and HR programs including but not limited to talent review, onboarding, severance and performance assessments.
  • Preparing and maintaining employee records related to hiring, transferring, promotion, compensation and termination. 
  • Creating key HR reports and auditing data to support the needs of the business. 

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • 3 - 5+ Years of clerical and/or administrative or HR/HR support experience in a complex corporate environment supporting senior and/or executive management aligned with the responsibilities for this position. (Required)
  • Strong excel, reporting and power point skills required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with the most highly sensitive information.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with strong ability to get things done.
  • Energetic, responsive team player interested in taking initiative and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work overtime if needed.

The pay range for this position is $37.05 - $46.80 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory
