About this role  

The Senior Analyst will work closely with others on the Performance Analytics team, with a primary focus on data analysis, data summarization, data modeling, reporting and dashboarding, and report management. This role will be leading these focuses for our largest client partnership to date. You will be at the center of a wide range of stakeholder analytics, reporting, and storytelling through dashboards and reporting creation for our partner and the clients they serve. You will contribute to developing member utilization reporting, performance guarantee and service level agreement tracking, return on investment modeling and reporting, as well as management to the execution and delivery of these outputs to our partner on given cadences. 

A successful candidate will be a collaborative partner; we are looking for an individual with extensive Tableau experience, advanced  SQL programming skills, knowledge of scalable reporting solutions, and experience in managing report development and delivery. This individual should have an established technical foundation with a commitment to quality assurance of all data summarizations, model outputs, reports, and dashboard creations, by serving as both a self-reviewer and a peer reviewer. The ideal candidate has experience going from raw data to developed reports and dashboards from end to end, can troubleshoot issues independently and appreciates collaboration, both within the Performance Analytics team and cross-functionally. You will have a meaningful role with high visibility across the company in collaboration with our largest client partner and the opportunity to shape the future of the company’s scalability for client reporting.  

What you’ll do 

• Master our varied types of data from healthcare claims data, digital engagement data, third-party point solution member utilization data, operational data, healthcare provider quality data, market benchmarking data, demographic data, and any other interesting data we can acquire!   
• Continually learn about the company and product priorities by collaborating on cross-functional teams and with business stakeholders to embrace a culture of measurement and data-driven decision-making; help stakeholders identify key questions and paths to data collection, measurement, and interpretation.
