Responsibilities
Facility & Infrastructure Mastery
Execute high-level preventive and corrective maintenance on critical systems
Lead complex installations and repairs with precision and independence
Monitor and resolve advanced Building Monitoring System (BMS) alarms
Spearhead energy efficiency initiatives and infrastructure upgrades
Inspect and maintain plumbing, fire suppression, and life-safety systems
Scope and lead lifecycle maintenance and infrastructure replacement projects
Vendor Leadership
Select and manage vendors for outsourced maintenance tasks
Direct external teams on technical operations and ensure compliance
Draft and submit maintenance scripts and protocols
Oversee work approvals and technical documentation updates
Incident Response & Site Admin
Complete detailed site logs and permit documentation (MOPs, scripts)
Identify and escalate process gaps and Single Points of Failure (SPOFs)
Lead incident response and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Maintain and update technical documentation with precision
Work Orders & Special Projects
Fulfill advanced work requests and circuit installations
Troubleshoot and repair auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime
Conduct capacity reviews and lead infrastructure projects
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Resolve complex facility issues through cross-functional teamwork
Lead component-level fault analysis and recommend process improvements
Manage inventory planning and act as escalation point for stock issues
Mentor peers and lead implementation of high-impact projects
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
6+ years of hands-on experience in facility operations or infrastructure maintenance
A proactive mindset, technical mastery, and a knack for independent problem-solving
24/7 Operation - Your flexibility to work any assigned shift, off-schedule, fill in for workmates, respond to emergencies, etc.
The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - NY5 New York City : 88,000 - 132,000 USD / Annual
