Over 220 professionals from more than 30 nationalities work with customers worldwide to improve their business processes by implementing Microsoft Business Applications.</p><p><strong>What is your goal?</strong></p><p>To work in partnership daily with the Talent Acquisition Officer and HR team to help shape future talent strategies for HSO International globally.</p><p><strong>Take the next step!</strong></p><p>This role offers daily mentorship and rapid career progression into a Talent Acquisition Officer position.</p><p>The ideal candidate for this role will currently be working in a top tire search firm or an external recruitment agency in an Associate or Talent Acquisition Sourcing position. They will seek to step into an in-house Talent Acquisition Role role within an international company.</p><p><strong>The role...</strong></p><ul> <li>With mentorship from a Talent Acquisition Officer, support the execution of HSO International Talent strategies and critical growth initiatives.</li> <li>Act as the candidate’s liaison throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for the candidate.</li> <li>Build Talent Pipelines, responsible for fulfilling recruitment requirements by building an effective diverse talent pool of potential candidates.</li> <li>Vacancy posting on various candidate attraction tools and job boards.</li> <li>Provide great candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.</li> <li>Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to develop highly differentiated insights on industrial and geographical talent trends.</li> <li>Assess candidate applications and information using HSO Applicant Tracking System, including resumes and contact details, helping process candidates in the ATS Workable.</li> <li>Over time conduct 1st stage interviews with candidates and move into a more senior role with the Talent Acquisition team.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>You are</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate for this role will be evaluated on their professional and academic achievements. The position requires an individual who is intellectually highly astute, has an analytical mindset, and is comfortable interacting at senior levels.</p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul> <li>Excellent listening and written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to filter large amounts of information and to provide relevant insights</li> <li>Highly organised – outstanding time management and ability to prioritise multiple work deliverables</li> <li>Strong qualitative skills, able to analyse large data sets and identify critical trends/ compelling insights</li> <li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), familiar with collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint)</li> <li>Strong knowledge of and intellectual curiosity about the Microsoft Dynamics 365 sector in the European region</li> <li>Recruitment technology - applicant tracking system (ATS), ideally Workable expertise, varied search and sourcing methods, LinkedIn, talent pooling and market mapping</li> <li>Demonstrate transferable recruitment and sourcing skills in other business sectors.4</li> </ul><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s university degree</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul> <li>A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience</li> <li>Experience working on multiple recruitment projects and demands in a consulting or executive search or recruitment agency environment</li> <li>Domain expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 area would be beneficial.</li> </ul><p><strong>International</strong></p><ul><li>International mindset and, ideally, will have experience working across borders.</li></ul><p><strong>Language</strong></p><ul><li>Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language skills will be an advantage, particularly in markets where the knowledge of one or more of the national languages is essential.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Development and growth</strong></p><p>Like HSO International, this job is not fixed in concrete, and we can guarantee that it will look way different two years from now.
