We are looking for a Associate Warehouse Manager to join our Supply Chain Operations team, based in the Tracy, CA area. This role will be the critical link between warehousing, purchasing and demand planning departments. You will be responsible for ensuring on-time supplier delivery, warehouse readiness, and providing inflow-outflow information to the demand planning department.

What you will focus on:
- Will be responsible for a defined geography which includes around 5 city warehouses and 1 RDC (regional distribution center)
- Primary focus will be the management of RDC but there will be routine travels and control process for the city warehouses as well
- Will work in the RDC (regional distribution center) onsite
- Monitor and supervise all supply chain orders (inbound, outbound, transfer) of responsible city warehouses and RDC daily by ensuring timely deliveries
- Ensure inventory accuracy of the warehouses and RDC by matching physical inventory at the warehouse with WMS and ERP (MS Navision). Execute cycle and routine (every 6months) counting operations
- Support centralized Supply Chain functions for the following topics to take corrective actions at the warehouse side
- Master Data Management and the implications to the operational processes WMS (Warehouse Management System) issues and improvement
- Ensuring the product documentation and labeling are completed according to our standards
- Reporting (operational and financial)
- Analyzing inbound operations and product supplier performance and constraints and providing insights for the procurement department
- Tracking the root causes of operational problems and build infrastructure
What we are looking for:
- Will be reporting to Senior Warehouse Manager University Degree from Engineering departments or BA
- Minimum 5 years Warehouse Operations experience preferably 7+ business life experience
- Work from RDC and ability to travel to other cities for in person auditing 30% of the time
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced excel skills
- Fluency in English is required for this role
- A good balance of being assertive and collaborative
