What We're Looking For
Passionate and experienced software engineer, shaping and contributing to the future of NetSuite. As an engineer, you will be working on a scrum team of other engineers and SETs; and you'll be collaborating with PMs, UX designers, and other engineering teams to achieve optimal solutions for our customers.
What You'll Do
Contribute to and shape functional solutions to technical challenges within Customer Relationship Management, a part of the Acquire & Grow value stream, which also contributes to other domain areas in NetSuite, such as customer engagement, order fulfillment, e-commerce and others. You will be building new APIs, setting up new data models, coding new business logic as well delivering a tailored user experience via the latest UI technologies. You will work closely with other development teams, product management and the rest of engineering to define and implement a new product offering while ensuring the continued functionality of and improvement of the existing system. Collaboration across international locations is going to be a key part of this role.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.

US: Hiring Range: from $74,800 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
