Warehouse Associate (Night Shift) Tues-Fri 4PM to 2:30AM

Position Summary

This role has a big-time impact! Participates in the daily activities and operations of the Distribution House. Performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Responsible for manual and computerized tasks associated with the processing of orders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; including sweeping, dusting and mopping.
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks.
• Assist with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas. Utilizes hand-held computers to receive daily tasks.
• Picking, pulling, and packaging of orders.
• Processing and shipping of orders.
• Consistently at work and on time.
• Ability to work overtime, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the warehouse

Education And / Or Experience

•    High School diploma (or GED), or equivalent years of experience.
•    6 months warehouse experience preferred
