Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in project management will be instrumental in driving project success.</p><p></p><p><b>What your day-to-day will look like:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Project Support:</b> Assist the project manager in overseeing all aspects of project development and execution, including budget management, schedule adherence, and quality control.</p></li><li><p><b>Stakeholder management:</b> Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.</p></li><li><p><b>Risk assessment:</b> Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.</p></li><li><p><b>Contract administration:</b> Support in reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts with vendors and suppliers.</p></li><li><p><b>Project documentation:</b> Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.</p></li><li><p><b>Financial management:</b> Monitor project financial performance, track expenses, and maintain accurate project budget records.</p></li><li><p><b>Team support:</b> Provide support to the project team by coordinating meetings, managing team closeouts in coordination with project coordinators and external vendors, and assisting with project-related tasks.</p></li><li><p><b>Project Management:</b> Opportunities to manage small works projects.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Compensation &amp; Schedule:</b></p><ul><li><p>40 hours per week, Monday through Friday</p></li><li><p>Time required entry</p></li><li><p>Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate for hours exceeding 40 per week, manager approval required</p></li></ul><p></p><p> <b>Required qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>2-4 years of experience in project management or related roles within the real estate industry.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of project management principles and best practices.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of real estate industry best practices and construction processes.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits, as needed.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in managing small to medium-scale projects from initiation through completion.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with commercial real estate clients specifically within financial services.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of construction processes and building codes</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in project management process, software, and tools</p></li></ul><p></p><p>This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Estimated compensation for this position:</span></b></p><p></p>75,000.00 – 95,000.00 USD per year<p></p><p><i>This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
