Perficient currently has a career opportunity for an OneStream Lead Consultant in our Corporate Performance Mgmt National Business Unit. You can be based in any geographic location, as this role could require travel to client locations. 

 Job Overview:

A Lead is expected to be knowledgeable in two or more technologies within the OneStream Solutions set and be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of OneStream projects for our clients. Leads should possess functional knowledge around financial systems and OneStream processes.

You will provide best-fit solutions for one or more projects; you will assist in defining scope and sizing of work; and anchor Proof of Concept developments. You will also provide assistance with the solution architecture for the business problem, platform integration with third party services, designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs.

You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions.  You will also contribute in a variety of roles in thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation. You will be challenged with leading-edge solutions, consultative and business skills through the diversity of work in multiple industry domains.

• Build trusted client relationships through proactive account management and effective project delivery within the OneStream technology (Planning, Consolidations, etc.).
• Establishes knowledge of client business challenges and priorities to translate into opportunities.
• Maintains regular client communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner.
• Helps deliver presentations to clients and management teams.
• Contributes to project discoveries, kickoff, prepare proposals and statements of work following company standards.
• Translate client’s business needs into detailed business requirements documents, use cases and systems interaction diagrams.
• Works with customers to establish approved wireframes and mock-ups for solutions.
• Assists project team to establish high, mid, and micro level plans for project team.
• Helps to establish critical path, milestones, delivery dates, and review client deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria.
• Provides leadership throughout the lifecycles of a project, guiding the understanding the project team has through design and development to ensure project requirements are met.
• Helps establish project test strategy, methodologies, test plans as well as assist with test execution.
• Instills team commitment to company delivery methodologies and practices.

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience with OneStream Solutions
• Reputation within the OneStream community for successful implementation and configuration skills
• At least 2+ years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency
• Have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture.
• Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction.
• Proficient in developing, editing and presenting technical documents.
• Ability to capture requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Ability and desire to mentor younger team members and develop their skills.
