Morrison Child & Family Services is seeking a licensed mental health professional with experience providing clinical supervision and program management in mental health program(s) serving children and families for the Clinical Manager II position at our Portland clinic.

Outpatient Programs:
Morrison Child and Family Services delivers outpatient mental health services to children, ages 2 through 18, and their families. We offer outpatient services at four locations in the Portland-Metro area and have three setting-specific programs (clinic-based, community-based, and school-based). At the core of our work is a belief in the importance of acknowledging strengths and creating resilience in each child. Our skilled therapists collaborate with each child and their support system to identify a treatment approach that addresses the child’s mental health symptoms and leads to improved functioning in all areas of the child’s life. Position Summary:
The Clinical Manager II provides program oversight and management for the three Outpatient Programs (Clinic-Based, School-Based, and Community-Based) located at our Portland clinic, as well as clinical and administrative supervision for all assigned staff. The Clinical Manager II takes on a leadership role within the agency and acts as a liaison between programs, administrative departments, and referral sources.Duties And Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements short-term and long-term goals and program objectives, deciding how to best use resources to achieve successful outcomes.
- Oversees intake, assessment, and case assignment activities; assures compliance with access benchmarks and utilization.
