Even though our line organisation is placed in SA Retail Product &amp; Core, we add value by delivering stable core services for the rest of Nordea. As being backbone of the bank we need to have persons that are able to discuss with stakeholders about e2e value-chains and facilitate the discussions between the parties – and still have also technical knowledge on our systems and services. We preferably look for former LS employees or persons that have been working both with accounts and payments.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b>What you will be doing:</b></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Drive change management in an effective way and ensure proactive and close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization to maximize effectiveness from LS to stakeholders.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Develop technical roadmaps, plans for execution and future state application architecture to increase our competitive advantage in alignment with business strategy</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Oversee the development and manage the full portfolio of applications in the value chain to ensure a robust, scalable and up-to date business environment.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Support the management team on strategic decision making.</span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span>The role is Nordic.</span></span></p> <p><span><span> </span></span></p> <p><span><span><b>Who you are</b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span>Collaboration.
