Maintenance Generalist 1st Shift, Full-Time Muscatine Blend Mill

Job Details:

Position Summary:

This position is an entry level maintenance position responsible for preventative maintenance and assisting in maintaining, repairing equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

· Assembling and Disassembling Equipment

· Operate/Maintain Mobile Equipment

· LOTO Procedures

· Preventive Maintenance on all Equipment

· Climbing, standing, bending, sitting, carry-push-pull up to 70lbs multiple times monthly.

· Candidate must be willing to work in hot and cold conditions

· Candidate must be able to work overtime and weekends

· Candidate must be able to take instructions and communicate effectively

External Requirements:

· Up to three year’s work experience in Milling/Manufacturing Maintenance.

Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.

Rehire Rule of no more than  3 times worked at Tyson Foods.
