Dirty Birds Nest Game Day Associate

Position Summary

The Atlanta Falcons is seeking dynamic, high-energy, charismatic, positive individuals to join our Live Events & Entertainment event day team. As a Game Day Associate, you will be responsible for driving excitement, curating unforgettable experiences and ensuring a lively and entertaining atmosphere inside the Dirty Birds Nest during Atlanta Falcons home games. 

​Job Description:

• Assist with activation set-up and breakdown for the Dirty Birds Nest section and tailgate

• Engage with fans to encourage crowd participation in stadium and section cheers and stunts

• Promote crowd energy through chants, prompts, contests and merchandise distribution

• Educate fans on game themes, initiatives and program incentives

• Enhance the Atlanta Falcons game day experience by creating an electrifying and positive atmosphere

• Facilitate talent needs and coordination

• Contribute to the success of The Takeoff (the Atlanta Falcons’ game day, fan march)

• Foster positive morale through unwavering support of players, coaches and staff

• Engage with fans and staff members in a positive and professional manner

• Other duties, functions, projects and responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

• Availability to work 75% or more Atlanta Falcons home games. Games are typically, but not always, on Sundays

• High-energy; outgoing and engaging personality 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by the NFL schedule

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic, professional sports environment

• Ability to adapt to different audiences and event themes

• Proven experience collaborating effectively as a member of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

• Well organized and able to prioritize, coordinate, and manage simultaneous tasks/projects

• Must be able to move 15+ pounds
