Description

Position Title: Clinical Program Supervisor

Classification: Exempt

Position Type: Full-time

Compensation: Bachelor's with BCaBA: Starting at $52,000

            Master's with LBS: Starting at $60,500

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 7pm, occasional evening shifts, one Saturday shift per month (remote work option for evening/Sat work when the center is closed)

Location: Horsham, PA

Travel Required: Local travel may be required to attend meetings, training events, etc.

Start Date: ASAP

Reporting Relationship: The Clinical Program Supervisor reports to the Program Director or designated manager for all of the duties and responsibilities listed below and for other duties that the Program Director may assign. 

Responsibilities:

  • RBT Trainer:
    • Completes monthly RBT meetings (virtual or in-person, to be determined with supervisor approval)
    • Supervises RBTs’ performance
    • Completes BT/RBT clinical orientation
    • Facilitates RBT Bootcamp training
    • Assistant Assessor on RBT competency assessments
  • Treatment Center Management:
    • Assists with general office management: purchasing, scanning, filing of client paperwork, treatment center clean-up, VB mapp kit upkeep, mail sorting, daily office clean-up throughout the day (i.e., sanitizing high-touch areas including treatment rooms, workspaces, and restrooms) 
    • Supports scheduling and coordinating client sessions in the treatment center
    • Provides general treatment center coverage
    • Assists with managing phone lines during business hours
    • Greets families, team members and guests upon arrival
    • Provides crisis management support during sessions 
    • Provides substitute staffing on EIBI cases 
  • Clinician Support:
    • Provides support to BCBA Supervisors for ongoing projects and tasks
    • Supports BCBA/RBT caseload assignments, referrals, etc.
  • Conducts session note audits for RBTs/BCBAs, prepares documentation required for company audits, collects signatures for compliance/programming documents, tx fidelity, proscore. Maintains information in report templates for authorization requests. 
  • Continuously reviews policies, procedures, workflows, tools, and technologies and makes recommendations for updates and improvements.   
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree with BCaBA credential, or Master’s degree with LBS; Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) through the PA Board of Medicine (BCaBA’s do not need LBS). Candidates with LBS must have 1 year of full time experience implementing ABA 
  • Willing to obtain and maintain RBT Credential
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of ABA required; 5 years preferred 
  • Ability to pass federal and state background checks
  • Complete and maintain active CPR/First Aid certification upon hire
  • Obtains crisis intervention certification and maintains annual certification requirements (scheduled through Behavior Interventions)
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within teams
  • Effective conflict resolution, interpersonal and problem-solving skills 
  • Well organized and able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks 
  • Proficient technical/computer skills, i.e., Google apps
  • Experience with Central Reach software a plus 
  • Experience with data graphing and analysis a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and follow HIPAA/FERPA regulations
  • Ability to physically stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and squat while exerting (lift, carry, push or pull) 5-10lbs. constantly, 25lbs. frequently and up to 100lbs. occasionally
