About this role

Teads is looking for an Accounting Intern to join the Finance team in the Miami office.  Reporting directly to the Finance Team, the ideal candidate needs to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

 

Your responsibilities

• Assisting with the monthly close procedures.
• Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Performing Account Payables and Accounts Receivables reconciliations.
• Performing the application of payments in the Accounting system.
• Assisting in the process of posting and reviewing company expenses.
• Updating monthly financial reports to ensure that the information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
• Assisting with other accounting reports and transactions as need it.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office Excel 
• Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately
• Detail oriented and organizational abilities
• Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
