Representative - Customer Service

As a Representative - Customer Service(Warehouse), you will respond to internal inquiries by e-mail to provide Material Management responsibilities. Resolve primarily routine and occasionally complex, non-routine issues, and communicate solutions and information to Project Managers. Analyze customer service requirements to deliver effective Materials Management solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support customer base by managing materials(Lighting and Switchgear) within our warehouse facility
• Processing shipping and handling of the Materials in the warehouse based on customer needs.
• Investigate and resolve material discrepancies while effectively communicating with Project Managers

Qualifications:

• High School Degree or Equivalent required
• Associates’ Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Able to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds
• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
• Computer literate, including effective working skills of Microsoft Suite 
• Marinating confidentiality

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
