We are currently accepting applications to our Graduate Nurse Residencies for Fall/Winter 2025 Graduate Nurses. The application is open to students who are graduating now to December 2025.

Things You Should Know
Our residency programs have a few requirements that must be met prior to starting:
Must have a Nursing Degree (ADN, BSN, MSN).
An Idaho RN license (some units require secondary licensure in the state of Oregon).
Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.
An active and unexpired Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network.
Additional certification may be required depending on the unit.
Recommendations:
Make sure your resume is up to date and thorough in describing any applicable experience and education - particularly your clinical rotations! Please include all non-medical jobs too!
