Ready to press play on potential? </p><p><strong>Let’s start with the role</strong></p> <p>As a Social Media Executive, you will work at the very heart of the digital marketing activity of Stoiximan in Greece &amp; Cyprus and collaborate with the Social Media team in Athens HQ Offices to achieve the Organisation’s Objectives &amp; Goals. </p> <p>You will work closely with Performance, Sponsors &amp; CSR Team and liaise with our media network to monitor and ensure that our Strategy has successfully been applied. </p> <p>Among other things, you will handle the social media networks of Stoiximan Greece &amp; Stoiximan Cyprus, &amp; communicate with the athletes, the teams &amp; the leagues we sponsor to generate Stoiximan-related content through their accounts.</p> <p>You will be joining a friendly team that is motivated by the passion for Social Media and the creativity of writing.</p> <strong>As a Social Media Executive, you will:</strong>   <ul> <li> <p>Manage and maintain social media accounts of Stoiximan in Greece &amp; Cyprus (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok);</p> </li> <li> <p>Create engaging and shareable real-time content, including text, image, and video content, that resonates with our target audience in collaboration with the creative agencies;</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop and implement social media strategies &amp; social media monthly calendar that align with the company's business objectives and marketing goals;</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop and fully execute the posting plans and calendars for organic &amp; paid content in accordance with marketing activities in other channels along with Content, Marketing, CRM and Performance teams;</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare briefs and work closely with external agencies for Social Media content creation;</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in the annual Social Media Strategy development;</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner;</p> </li> <li> <p>Live coverage on social media for special events (e.g. CSR activities, sponsorships activations etc.);</p> </li> <li> <p>Communicate and sync with external partners (teams, leagues, creators) to simultaneously promote Stoiximan’s content through their accounts;</p> </li> <li> <p>Brief external partners and lead the creation of long-form branded content;</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare monthly reports and provide the team with outcoming insights;</p> </li> <li> <p>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and make recommendations to improve our social media presence;</p> </li> <li> <p>Work closely with influencers and partners to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>At least 3 years  of previous experience in a relative position, preferably in a sports environment;</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube;</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with photo &amp; video editing tools;</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent knowledge of Sports;</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek &amp; English;</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive business growth;</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong analytical skills and ability to use social media analytics tools to measure and improve campaign performance;</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;</p> </li> <li> <p>Be up-to-date on new technologies and trends in Social Media;</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong reporting skills &amp; ability to work on tight deadlines;</p> </li> <li> <p>Be a team player with the ability and passion to support the team;</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to collaborate with teams in order to fully identify and achieve the company’s needs;</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent understanding of brand awareness and growth strategies.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong><br/></strong><strong>Kaizen Gaming Perks</strong></p> <p>🏃 A buddy will support you with your onboarding;</p> <p>💸Competitive salary package and bonus scheme;</p> <p>👩‍⚕️ Health and life insurance for you and your family;</p> <p>💰 Monthly allowance for lu
