We are seeking an experienced Medical Device Project Manager to lead and execute end-to-end project management activities for a fast-paced medical device environment. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, risks, cross-functional coordination, and deliverables to ensure successful execution from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full end-to-end project management for medical device initiatives.

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, etc.).

• Track progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution.

• Communicate project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

• Ensure project activities align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

• Support documentation, reporting, and project governance processes.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in project management within the medical device or life sciences industry.

• Proven track record managing end-to-end projects in a regulated environment.

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Experience working in hybrid teams and fast-paced project environments.
