<p>As a key member of our Financial Control team, you'll ensure seamless finance planning, actuals, closing, and reporting, while collaborating closely with the Financial Control Region. <p><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure the delivery and execution of the finance planning, actuals, closing and reporting activities for the assigned reporting units, in close cooperation with the Financial Control Region.</li>
<li>Act as service receiver for “finance actuals and closing services” as supplied by FSS and FC Region.</li>
<li>Ensure the delivery and execution of the operations and commercial control support activities of the regional financial control organization as agreed in the service level agreements (SOP’s).</li>
<li>Support the Global Process Leads in term of standardization and ensure global standards are met.</li>
<li>Ensure local compliance regarding accounting, reporting, taxation, treasury/banking regulation and internal control are being met.</li>
<li>Ensure sufficient communication with all relevant stakeholders on all levels</li>

<p><strong> You bring</strong></p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Financial Controlling, and/or CMA, CPA, MBA, ACCA</li>
<li>At least 10 years of experience within several finance positions</li>
<li>In-depth understanding of Finance and Accounting processes</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge and understanding of ERP systems</li>
<li>Commercial Control relevant experience</li>
<li>Leadership experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of local legislation (civil, contract, corporate, tax law)</li>
<li>Experience in dealing with matrix organizations and dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>English full professional proficiency</li>
</ul>
