Job Summary:

Support the Business for all projects related to SAP, Power BI, and Kinaxis. The duties include but are not limited to: Functional process setup and configuration, implementation, and production support.  This job requires working with a diverse business community to resolve critical analytics promptly in a challenging and dynamic Production environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:-

• Review SAP data integrity for assigned work centers, materials, and resources.
• Analyze inventory levels ensuring an uninterrupted supply of parts while maintaining optimal inventory levels, along with ensuring customer reliability and meeting target inventory turns.
• Responsible to develop tools to better analyze plans for both internal and external production resources required to support customer delivery schedules.
• Prepare standard reports and assist complex analysis to develop recommendations in support of achieving business objectives.
• Interact with various departments and levels within the organization.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide key stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Develop system processes and their respective required documentation.
• Identify and analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Automate manual tasks using tools and technologies to improve productivity and data accuracy.

Application Knowledge:-

• Planning or scheduling experience
• Developing dashboards and/or applications
• Data engineering/architecture

 

Preferred:-

• Cross functional business knowledge
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g.,Power BI).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
