What We’re Looking For:

We seek compassionate and experienced RN/LPNs who:

• Have a passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Are dedicated to ensuring high-quality clinical care and compliance with state regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the clinical team to deliver excellent resident care.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations through proper documentation and oversight.
• Support residents & families with compassionate care and communication.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications:

• Licensed RN or LPN in the state of Indiana (must maintain active license).
• 3+ years of nursing experience in a geriatric setting.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MDS and total care planning process.

Schedule & Commitment:

• Full-time | 40 hours per week (80 hours per pay period)
• Call rotation, weekends, and holidays required.
• Flexible hours to interact with off-shift team members.
