Registered Nurse (RN), Forensics Sign on Bonus

Nashville General Hospital is hiring for a Full Time Forensic Registered Nurse (RN), Med/Surg in Nashville, Tennessee.

We are offering up to a $10,000 sign on bonus. Day or Night shifts available.  

This is an 18-bed unit with a 4:1 patient ratio. 

As a Forensic RN you will be responsible for:  

• Compassionately communicating with patients and family members. 
• Admitting and assessing patients
• Administering medication and treatments
• Monitoring vital signs and symptoms
• Running and ordering tests
• Coordinating care with Physicians and Specialists
• Charting Patient Progress

Required Skills & Qualifications:  

• Graduate of an accredited associate degree, Diploma, or Baccalaureate Degree program in Nursing Preferred.
• Current Licensure or permit to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee or compact state. 
• Employee must have valid BLS upon hire. ACLS, Chemotherapy Competency and CPI are required within 90 days of hire.
