RUN Studios, and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking a Producer/Visual Designer to join for an approximate 6-month project!
This role will be fully on-site 5 days/week in Bellevue, WA. You must reside in the Seattle area to be considered. Start date will be July 14, 2025.
We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Visual Designer & Producer to join our client's team. This team delivers impactful learning solutions to audiences throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with experience designing across a variety of media, including video, infographics, and interactive content. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality AV and digital assets such as demonstration videos, reference materials, and visual guides. Success in this role requires strong digital content development skills, a keen eye for design and usability, and the ability to communicate complex concepts visually and effectively.
As a Producer/Visual Designer, You Will
- Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print materials, including educational content (e.g., eLearning modules, PowerPoint presentations), websites, email campaigns, town halls, and marketing collateral.
- Deliver brand guidelines and digital media assets, including photos, graphics, and filmed/animated videos.
- Develop and improve processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
- Source and develop new story ideas into products that engage customers.
- Own the creative process from pitch to launch, including scriptwriting, casting, budgeting, editing, music and final cut.
- Continuously innovate and produce visually stunning content that captivates and raises storytelling standards.
- Stay up-to-date with design and video trends, consistently improving content quality and impact.
As an Applicant, You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related experience.
- 6+ years of video production and visual design experience.
- Available online portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Ability to design in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in print and digital production design.
- Knowledge of typographic, web and brand design principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effective team collaborator.
- Passionate about creating visually stunning and engaging content.
- Flexibility in tools required to complete deliverable – Adobe Cloud is main, but could need to use other tools if needed
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated business acumen and customer focus.
- Strong time management, prioritization, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to establish measurable goals and analyze results for continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate across teams to build customer-centric design ecosystems
