Your Key Responsibilities
- Support Quality Engineer with customer standing and customer portal score cards; provide updates to upper management in timely manner.
- Support Quality Engineer in implement, improve and maintain Quality Systems; such as, DRM, COSP, Procella, Share Point, Ebinder, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP and SAP.
- Support Quality Engineers in maintain Customer Specific Requirements; update and distribute them to the Quality team.
- Support production team, quality team in approval of product and process deviations and engineering change requests.
- Train employees on Quality Systems.
- Maintain and updating control of documents according to internal procedures.
- Support preparation and conduction of internal and external audits, if required.
- Support Quality Engineers in Quality System projects throughout the plant.
Your Qualifications
- Two-year degree or certification or equivalent qualification (Mechanic, Mechatronic, or Electric) with demonstrated competency.
- Experience in manufacturing or similar environment preferred.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001 and/or AS9100
- Knowledge of systems and process audits, preferably certified to VDA 6.3 process auditing and IATF 16949, ISO9001, or AS9100 system auditing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent working skills with little need for direct supervision
- Excellent knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other quality assurance techniques which would identify root causes of quality concerns.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other quality tools.
- Good organizational skills.
