POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Project Manager in the Landscaping Division – is responsible for coordinating, managing, and execution for production landscape crews. This position will report directly to the Director of Field Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

· The Senior Project Manager will supervise all site production and field personnel as required to complete a project on schedule and within budget

· Will be responsible for material take offs and project budgeting

· Ensure new hires are trained to company standards for all production landscaping tasks

· Conduct site inspections addressing any quality issues and developing plans to address trends in quality issues

· Train crews to identify any plant, tree or turf issues as needed, will quote jobs per company processes

· Oversee assigned crews to ensure proper execution and productivity 

· Ensure proper execution of all tasks assigned within the time allotted

· Conduct site inspections prior to beginning jobs, as needed, assessing the timing and feasibility of sites

· Prioritize daily work lists, assign teams, train and oversee crew

· Ensure completion of daily time sheets and weekly reports

· Manage assigned staff to ensure compliance with all Company safety and operational procedures

· Close all assigned work orders ensuring proper documentation in the designated time allotted

· Provide superior customer service

Requirements

EDUCATION/ WORK EXPERIENCE

· 5+ Years of Landscape Construction Experience

· 3+ Years of Project Management Experience 

· Experience with reading site plans and material take offs 

· Strong oral and written communication skills are essential

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required

· Must be detail-oriented and possess multi-tasking skills
