Qualifications You Must Have:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and 2 years of administrative experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Must have extensive knowledge of administrative practices, to include preparing expense reports and purchase requisitions, maintaining spreadsheets, and coordinating travel.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively address challenges and opportunities.
Proven self-starter with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Outgoing and personable, with excellent interpersonal skills to foster a positive office environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate various administrative functions seamlessly.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with staff, visitors, and external partners.
Experience in managing office operations, including scheduling, event planning, and facilities coordination.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with Microsoft Visio, Teams and SharePoint
Experience in a DOD environment and familiarity with JTR and FCG
Experience with Concur Travel and Expense platform or other travel management system
