TRANSCOM IGC - Functional Analyst

The candidate will provide business requirements and functional process analysis to a development team supporting transportation and logistics systems. The analyst will be required to define requirements articulated within mission needs documentation, change requests and through user feedback to improve the system.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with a bachelors degree
• Experience with requirements analysis, using JCIDS as foundation
• Document data fields, data integration and link to business process and outcomes
• Process mapping and process improvement
• Data analysis and ability to use existing databases to build reports and findings
• Ability to document requirements within existing requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS
• Ability to present process improvement recommendations and to define performance improvements
• Experience supporting agile development processes within an application development and sustainment program
• Direct experience with logistics and transportation management systems
• Former transportation management experience while in the armed forces or deployed as a contractor in direct support of exercises or operations
• Secret clearance
