The Financial Project Coordinator, reporting to the Director of Financial Projects, will be responsible for gathering information, tracking, maintaining, and organizing the financial projects of the Bridge Specialty Group.

General Responsibilities:
Assist with Cost/Benefit Analysis for various projects.
Organize reports, invoices, contracts, and other financial files for easy access.
Monitor the daily progress of projects.
Utilize Project Software for creating and tracking project details/time.
Gather necessary documentation and information for project planning purposes.
Follow up on all project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
Provide detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders.
Assist in planning meetings and organizing project logistics.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum education or prior job experience – Associate of Arts (AA) degree or higher; or six months to a year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient with MS Office
Exceptional telephone demeanor
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial planning, compliance and budget reviews.
Experience with Project Management tools, such as Smartsheet
