The position is a hybrid role based in our Irvine, California Corporate Headquarters with the opportunity to work remote a couple days per week.
Your role:
Performs a variety of Global Mobility activities, with a focus on support of US (United State) immigration processes and procedures. Under the guidance of senior staff and talent acquisition specialists, this role assists with PERM recruitment, managing visa applications, maintaining immigration documentation, and providing support to associates who are navigating immigration requirements.
- PERM Recruitment: Lead efforts to satisfy employer requirements of PERM recruiting, including recruitment-related activities, gathering of required documents, and completion of forms – while ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions.
- Visa Support: Assist in the preparation and submission of visa applications, including gathering required documents, completing forms, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions.
- Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and immigration attorneys to facilitate the timely processing of visas and work permits. Communicate updates and requirements to employees and managers as necessary.
- Documentation Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of immigration documents, visa applications, and employee statuses. Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and confidentiality protocols.
- Employee Assistance: Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance on immigration-related matters. Provide basic information, answer inquiries, and escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed.
- Compliance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations, including tracking expiration dates of visas and work permits and initiating renewal processes as required.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support case initiations and special projects or initiatives related to immigration compliance, relocation, or tax services as assigned.
What you bring to the role:
- A four-year college degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 3 + years functional experience including a minimum of 1-year position specific experience.
- Previous experience or internship in immigration law, human resources, or related area is advantageous.
- Established and productive professional individual contributor.
- Basic understanding of immigration policies, procedures, and regulations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software or tools quickly.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of immigration compliance and corporate HR.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $66,100.00 - $105,800.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan.
