Job Description

General Responsibility:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to support complex Airport construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules while coordinating technical, design, and integration interfaces to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

This role requires a strong understanding of Airport construction and operations, technical coordination, and schedule-driven project controls within a dynamic stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Development & Planning

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Prepare related schedule narratives
  • Establish project baselines. Prepare project schedules using a WBS, contractual milestones and defined critical paths. Prepare resource-loaded schedules that align with Project Manager and Airport project objectives.
  • Manage and review subcontractor and intercompany schedules to ensure alignment with overall project timelines.
  • Plan and schedule testing, commissioning, simulations, and system integration activities to meet contractual obligations.
  • Support stage gate management processes for project managers.
  • Must have experience preparing time impact analysis (TIA)

Monitoring, Reporting & Controls

  • Update project progress and identify schedule variances, delays, and risks on weekly/monthly basis, as per contract requirements.
  • Track and record project delays and it impacts (if any).
  • Visit project site and prepare the monthly report for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze schedule impacts and evaluate time and cost implications of key decisions.
  • Support forensic schedule analysis and claims documentation as required.

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Communication

  • Facilitate coordination between project managers, engineers, technical teams, procurement, subcontractors, Airport authorities, and external stakeholders.
  • Define and monitor critical interfaces between technical disciplines.
  • Lead regular schedule review meetings and provide clear communication of progress, changes, and risks.

Technical & Requirements Integration

  • Support the gathering, mapping, and tracking of technical and contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate design, construction, and operational interfaces specific to Airport environments.
  • Ensure integration activities align with project schedule milestones.

Cost, Resource & Procurement Coordination

  • Collaborate with project management to monitor cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • Analyze resource requirements and support effective allocation of personnel.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure technical scope and schedule impacts are reflected in purchase orders and delivery timelines.

Documentation, Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Airport projects.
  • Support development and review of technical documentation, including testing protocols, O&M manuals, and training documentation.
  • Maintain documentation accuracy and schedule-related reporting integrity.

Mentorship & Process Improvement

  • Support implementation of scheduling and project controls processes aligned with PMI standards and company procedures.

Compensation range: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 Annually 

The posted salary range reflects the compensation the company reasonably expects to offer for this position. Actual compensation will not be less than the posted minimum and will be based on multiple factors.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 
  • 8+ years of project scheduling experience, preferably on large-scale Airport or industria
