Job Details

The shift for this role is Tuesday to Saturday (9:30am to 6pm Tues-Fri and 8am-4:30pm Sat).

The Pharmacy Field Services Representative provides delivery services for Walnut Home Therapeutics (WHT) including the delivery of supplies, medications and equipment to patient's homes. Also responsible for retrieval of equipment and supplies as defined by WHT

Job Description

EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION:

  • Valid Driver’s License


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a related position in field services/customer services

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a related healthcare environment would be desirable, but not

  • essential

  • 2 years clean driving record


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Ability to work well with customers, demonstrating strong communication skills

  • Empathetic with the ability to understand and respond to needs of others

  • Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations

  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
