As a Planning and delivery leader for Rolls-Royce, you’ll play an integral role in the preparation, planning, issuing and controlling production schedules along with coordinating material requirements, to ensure a controlled flow for approved materials is timed to meet production.

Key Accountabilities:

• Scheduling equipment and personnel

• Confirming material supply and demands

• Preparing work orders or purchase requests for the production or purchase of components or parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirement

• Coordinating interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, etc.

• Scheduling and expediting the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders

• Must be willing to traveling up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally
    

Basic Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Communications, Supply Chain or Operations with 2+ years of work experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing or manufacturing OR;

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Communications, Supply Chain or Operations with 1+ years of work experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing or manufacturing OR;

• Master's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Communications, Supply Chain or Operations OR:

• JD/PhD

• In lieu of degree 4+ years of work experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing or manufacturing

• In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen

Preferred Requirements:

• Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) experience

• Experience with project management

• Experience collaborating with various departments
